member and qualify to be eligible based on rated play to

• Any dispute not covered by the rules or interpretation of the
rules needed will be resolved by casino management using the
dispute form
• Members agree to allow use of their name and photo
for promotions, advertising, and announcements without
compensation
• Available to pick up during above dates at the 12 Tribes Colville
Casinos PAC during hours of operation
• One gift per qualifying Member per week, while supplies last
• Members may be issued a substitution gift if the PAC is out of
inventory for that week
