12 Tribes Colville Casinos is proud to support our local communities and schools within Lake Chelan, Omak, and Coulee Dam this holiday season with our annual Thanksgiving Food Box Distribution. Each box is thoughtfully prepared to help families create a memorable Thanksgiving meal. We proudly provided 150 food boxes to include all the essentials for a hearty Thanksgiving meal. Each holiday meal included a Turkey, Pumpkin Pie, Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, Green Beans, 2 Aluminum Pans and Lids, a $25 Safeway Gift Card, and so much more.
