Is the Salish name for the Manson Indian Cemetery. The cemetery is associated with the Catholic Church built by the Wapato family is 1893. It lies within the traditional territory of the Chelan Tribe, a constituent member of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. Lake Chelan and the surrounding region is an important cultural landscape to the Colville Tribe.

This plaque recognizes those indigenous peoples, many from mid-Columbia bands of the Colville Tribes and other tribal members after their displacement from other burial sites eroded by the Columbia River. It is a sacred place for all.

The plaque is now on display at the 12 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino’s Waterfront RV Park.
