HOW TO QUALIFY:
Members may qualify by having their PAC card properly inserted
into a Slot Machine or having an open rating at Table Games.

12 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino, Omak Casino Hotel,
and Coulee Dam Casino.

GENERAL RULES:
• Management reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any
time and exclude any individual from the promotion
• Any dispute not covered by the rules or interpretation of the
rules needed will be resolved by casino management using the
dispute form
• To activate your tickets, insert your PAC card into an Electronic
Gaming Machine at most (1) one hour prior to the drawing
