Stock and maintain all bar/lounge supplies and equipment. Performs all duties in a professional, efficient and profitable manner, which promotes superior staff, customer and vendor relations. The incumbent in this position performs Bartender duties at times.
Stocks liquor, beer and wine as needed, including ice.
Changes kegs as needed.
Responsible for changing soda bag in a box (BIB) on the bar gun.
Changes CO2 tanks
Keeps work area neat, clean, organized and sanitized.
Empties garbage cans located in bar/lounge.
Performs work duties in a professional manner.
Performs Bartender duties at times.
Provides superior guest service.
Applies Liquor Control Board, Class 12, and Food Handler rules, requirements, expectations, and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be at least 21 years old.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to maintain company, employee and patron information confidentiality.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid non-gaming permit.
Must possess a valid Washington State Food Handler’s Card.
Must possess a current Class 12 permit.
Must successfully pass TIPS training within orientation period.
Must be able to work various days including holidays.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and non-verbally - e.g. body language, word choice, tone, etc.)
Ability to understand and apply measuring ingredients.
Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties.
Ability to frequently walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to occasionally lift, move, and/or push/pull up to 100 pounds.
Ability to frequently lift, move, and/or push/pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to frequently bend, squat, and/or reach.
Occasionally works near or around electricity.
Frequently works near or around mechanical moving parts.
Ability to project voice.
Occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.
Frequently exposed to a high level of noise in the work environment.
Frequently exposed to tobacco smoke.
