Salary Grade: $13.55 - $18.33 DOE Reports To: Bar Supervisor FSLA Classification: Non-Exempt Closing Date: October 2, 2020
Stock and maintain all bar/lounge supplies and equipment. Performs all duties in a professional, efficient and profitable manner, which promotes superior staff, customer and vendor relations.
Stocks liquor, beer and wine as needed, including ice.
Changes kegs as needed.
Responsible for changing soda bag in a box (BIB) on the bar gun.
Changes CO2 tanks
Keeps work area neat, clean, organized and sanitized.
Empties garbage cans located in bar/lounge.
Performs work duties in a professional manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Abilities:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to maintain company, employee and patron information confidentiality.
Must be able to obtain a valid Tribal Gaming License.
Must obtain a valid Washington State Food Handler’s Card within 14 days of employment.
Must possess a current Class 12 permit.
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties.
Ability to frequently walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift, moves, pushes and/or pulls up to 100 pounds.
Ability to frequently bend, squat and/or reach.
Occasionally works near or around electricity.
Frequently works near or around mechanical moving parts.
Occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.
Frequently exposed to a high level of noise in the work environment.
Occasionally exposed to tobacco smoke.
