Dry Hair Cutting
Has the responsibility to provide administrative work involving the oversight of the day-to-day operations and provide supervision and training to the Customer Service Attendants. The work involves the coordination of computerized ticket sales, processing of mail and telephone orders, dealing with resident users, preparing fact sheets, dealing with problems and unusual situations. The work is performed independently within established parameters with limited supervision. Performs duties in a customer service friendly, efficient and profitable manner that promotes superior staff, customer and vendor relations.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must have one (1) years experience in box office ticket sales involving administrative responsibilities that include recordkeeping, cash handling, and computerized systems and leadership (training, scheduling, coordinating activities).
Must have one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Must be computer literate with proficiency in Windows based programs.
Demonstrated experience in marketing or related field preferred.
Must be present at all events to ensure that events run effectively which requires working a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have the ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality while being able to project a professional appearance.
Must be able to communicate effectively establish and maintain positive working relationships with tenants, customers, and employees which includes exceptional reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Must be able to multitask and meet established deadlines in a timely manner.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have excellent teamwork skills.
Must be able to successfully complete Title 31, Banking Secrecy Act training.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License and qualify for the CCT insurance.
Must be able to obtain and keep current valid certification in both CPR and basic First Aid.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Tribal Gaming License.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Washington State Food Handler’s Card.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a current and valid Washington State Liquor Control Board Class 12 or 13 Mixologist Permit.
Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to frequently sit for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to frequently walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to frequently bend, squat and/or reach.
Frequently exposed to a high level of noise in the work environment.
Frequently exposed to tobacco smoke, fumes, or airborne particles.
Frequently works near or around mechanical moving parts.
Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
Occasionally works near or around electricity.
Occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.
Occasionally exposed to vibration.
May be exposed to belligerent, combative and/or intoxicated patrons.
