Salary Grade: 11.00 to 13.09
Reports To: Assistant Casino Manager
FSLA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary:

Provides clerical support in a customer service friendly, efficient and profitable manner that promotes superior staff, customer and vendor relations.

Essential Functions:

    • Sorts, files and performs other basic clerical duties as assigned.

    • Accesses and utilizes computer software programs for data entry, gathering information and generating reports.

    • Maintains company, employee and patron information confidentiality.

    • Operates and maintains office equipment, including but not limited to, computer, telephone system, fax machine, multi-use photocopier and document binding machine.

    • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

    • Assists other departments with marketing promotional needs.

Knowledge and Abilities:

    • High School Diploma or GED.

    • One (1) year experience as a receptionist, secretary or similar capacity in a business office preferred.

    • Must be detail-oriented.

    • Must be computer literate with proficiency in Windows based programs.

    • Ability to perform tasks with speed and accuracy.

    • Must be able to obtain a valid Tribal Gaming License.

    • Must have strong communication skills.

Physical Demands:

    • Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties.

    • May be exposed to a high level of noise in the work environment.

    • May be exposed to tobacco smoke, fumes or airborne particles.

    • Ability to occasionally sit for prolonged periods of time.

    • Ability to frequently walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.

    • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    • Ability to occasionally bend, squat and/or reach.

    • Occasionally works near or around electricity.

    • Occasionally works near or around mechanical moving parts

    • Occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals
